SHIPPING CHARGES:
EstroThin.com shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax as
noted in the table below:

Should one of the products in your order not be available for some reason, we
will immediately notify you by email with the anticipated ship date. You have

There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship
subsequent to your initial shipment.

our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer
to sell. EstroThin.com reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your
order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion
of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back
ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products
we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your
credit card for items which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping
charges will only equal your "Order Total" as reflected in your order
confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed
over $200.00 (U.S.) may require additional customer verifications or information,
as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
EstroThin.com does accept orders from most countries outside the United States.
However, the Shipping charges may differ from the U.S. Charges.

or punitive damages related to product sold.
EstroThin.com RETURN POLICY:
Our products are the highest quality and top customer service is our goal. If
you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it
at no cost. Your satisfaction with EstroThin.com products is guaranteed. If
you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion to us
(along with any unopened bottles) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping & handling).
Anytime beyond 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns
will be accepted by EstroThin.com.

Any special promotional item(s) received for either discount or no cost from

service. The EstroThin.com team does their best to ship all orders accepted
before 12 noon Pacific time on the same day. EstroThin.com currently does not
ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for
delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise, please note that
when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt.
Shipments outside the 48 continental United States may involve additional requirements.
Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional
time for delivery.

Arbitration

THIS WEB SITE, BOTH PARTIES ARE GIVING UP THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO HAVE

The fees for the arbitrator shall be paid equally by both parties.
THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES
(EstroThin .com AND CUSTOMER) AND SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.
THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (EXCLUSIVE OF CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES) AND WILL,
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE, BE DEEMED TO CALL FOR PERFORMANCE IN LOS ANGELES
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
